Coated in a cashew-based batter then dehydrated to preserve their nutrients, these kale chips from Alive and Radiant are a crunchy and satisfying way to get your daily dose of greens.

The story begins with Blessing, the creator of Alive and Radiant Foods. A long time vegetarian and follower of holistic health, Blessing was always on the search for what was better for the mind, body, and soul. She had been working on “conscious dreaming,” an idea that supports people in bringing their internal world into an external manifestation. The practice taught her to “know who you are and create something you love.” And that’s when she decided to start Alive and Radiant Foods.

To her, it was simple: Blessing loved, craved, and sought out healthy, alternative snacks; she had been encouraged to put her own ideas into action and the two just clicked. She began making a healthy type of cracker, but was soon inspired to move onto products much greater. With the support and love she received from the Farmer’s Market in Berkeley, California, she knew she could develop products and have honest, loving people test them out. Alive and Radiant Foods only grew from there and is proud to present these wonderful products being featured here today.

  • One (1) 2.2 oz bag of Original Quite Cheesy: Quite Cheesy is the original chip that started a kale chip revolution.The kale leaves are coated in the signature “cheesy” blend of cashews, red bell pepper and nutritional yeast.
  • One (1) 2.2 oz bag of Cheesy Chipotle: Chipotle peppers, smoked salt and paprika have been added to the signature "cheesy" blend to create the perfect balance of southern smoke and heat.
  • One (1) 2.2 oz bag of Southwest Ranch: This flavor blends garlic and a secret list of spices with habanero peppers so each bag finishes with a kick .
