It all began preparing for a long hike on the beautiful island of Kauai. With limited room in his pack, Adam Collins wanted to be as light as possible. He mixed raw ingredients together in a bag and brought them out into the back-country as his food supply. His goal was to have potent organic superfoods in one mix that would provide all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants he needed to keep him nourished, happy and energized for the hike.
As he was hiking out in the wilderness, he encountered a few hikers that had run out of their food supply and still had many miles to go. He offered them a small handful of his organic superfood mix; they almost instantly felt energized and continued on their hike. He crossed paths with them again and they began to tell him how wonderful and energized they felt for hours. They all asked where they could acquire some of their own. He gladly shared more of the organic superfood mix and continued on his way.
